摘 要:以预拌混凝土企业试验后的废弃混凝土试块为原材料,制备再生细骨料,研究了预湿含水率、取代率、复配减水剂对C30再生细骨料混凝土工作性和强度的影响。结果表明:废弃混凝土试块再生细骨料预湿含水率应接近其饱和面干含水率;再生细骨料各取代率下混凝土实际用水量为饱和面干用水量时,与未掺再生细骨料的混凝土强度接近,取代率为70%时强度最高;再生细骨料取代率较高时使用的外加剂应提高减水和引气组分。The effects of pre-wetting water content, substitution rate and compound superplasticizer on the work-ability and strength of C30 recycled fine aggregate concrete are studied by using waste concrete block after the ex-periment of ready-mixed concrete as raw material to prepare recycled fine aggregate. The results show that the mois-ture content of recycled fine aggregate is close to the dry surface water content of the recycled concrete. The actualwater consumption of the concrete under the substitution rate of the recycled aggregate is the amount of dry surfacedry water, the strength of concrete is close to the concrete, the substitution rate of 70% when the highest strength, re-generation of fine aggregate substitution rate is higher when the admixture should be used to improve the water andbleaching components.
