摘　　要：一代报人成舍我认为报刊舆论家必须具备崇高的品德和高尚的人格以及怀有较强的综合素质:走在时代和社会的前列以向导国家和引领民众;实事求是、客观公正地评论事件、评价人物、评判事务;评论立足事实、出于公心并以尊重对方为前提;新闻报道及言论不囿于党见、挟党派之私而罔顾真相、背离公理。Prominent newspaperman Cheng Shewo has always believed that public-opinions must have loftyand moral characters,noble unique personalities and strong comprehensive qualities,such as：walking in theforefront of the times and community,so that to guide and lead the people;To be realistic,objective and fair tocriticize the political events,evaluate the famous characters and judge the social affairs;Comments base on facts orits real truth,for the public and respect others as the premise.
