摘　　要：在黄牛皮箱包革无铬鞣生产工艺研发中,先用有机膦盐鞣剂预鞣,使革坯具有较好的复鞣、染色和加油性能,然后用替代性鞣剂和多种合成鞣剂结合进行复鞣,进一步提高皮革的收缩温度和物理力学性能。通过优化配方和工艺,凸显出有机膦鞣剂和合成鞣剂的优良性能。研制的白湿革色泽洁白,耐黄变、容易染色和耐撕裂性能优良,生产过程清洁无污染,产品丰满、柔软细致,粒面紧实,不松面,不裂面,尤其解决了牛皮边肷部位空松的问题,物理机械性能等指标接近或达到铬鞣革的性能。In the process of production technology research on Cattle Luggage Leather Chrome-free Tanning,at first,the organic phosphorus salt was chosen for pretanning to make the finished leathers have good fullness and dyeing performance as well as oil-adding quality.Then a combination of alternative tanning agents and a variety of synthetic tanning agent were used for retanning to improve the shrinkage temperature and physical mechanical properties of leather.By optimizing the formula and process,the excellent properties of organic phosphine tanning agent and synthetic tanning agent were highlighted.The wet white leather developed was white with excellent performances of yellowing resistance,easy dyeing,tear resistance,which is good for production for white and light colored leather.The production process is clean,the plump degree of products is better than chrome tanned leather,and the products is soft and delicate.The problems of the edge position of cattle leather as loose and empty are solved with grain tight,no loose,and no crack,especially,while the indexes for physical and mechanical properties approach or reach the performance of chrome tanned leather.
