摘  要:采用耐候性测试方法,模拟汽车内饰用皮革在日常使用环境下的老化过程,测定汽车内饰用皮革中有毒有害物质(禁用偶氮染料、甲醛、六价铬、铅、挥发性有机物)的变化。结果表明:汽车内饰用皮革中的禁用偶氮染料、甲醛和挥发性有机物,在耐候性测试后含量降低;六价铬和铅可萃取量,在耐候性测试后含量增加。Using the weather resistance test method simulates the daily aging process of leather used in automotive interior. The changing of the toxic and harmful substances ( banned azo dyes, formaldehyde, hexavalent chromium, plumbum and volatile organic compounds) contents in leather after the weather resistance test was measured. The resuits show that the contents of banned azo dyes, formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds are decreased after weather resistance test, while the contents of hexavalent chromium and soluble plumbum are increased after weather resistance test.
