摘　　要：目的:对异构临床信息数据进行集成整合,实现临床管理精细化和医护临床决策支持。方法:将临床信息系统病人临床数据整合,按主题域进行归类存储,建设医院临床数据中心,通过数据中心各种指标分析实现数据实时展现,实现精细化医疗管理;数据中心与临床医护系统结合,实现医护临床决策信息支持。结果:临床数据中心能够对医护临床工作提供警示警告,帮助医生临床决策,实现医疗精细化管理。结论:基于临床数据中心的医疗质量管理和临床决策支持,实现了临床医疗实时提醒,提升了医院临床安全,是医院医疗管理精细化的重要基础平台。Objective： To integrate the heterogeneous clinical data of hospital information and to realize the fine clinical management and clinical decision support. Methods： The clinical data of patients of hospital clinical information system were integrated according to the subject domain of classified storage. Through the various data analysis and real-time data display, fine management of medical management could be realized. Combined with the clinical documents repository and HIS, medical clinical decision support information also could be realized. Results： The clinical documents repository can provide warning for the clinical work, help doctors making clinical decisions and realize the fine management of medical care. Conclusion： Based on the clinical data repository of medical quality management and clinical decision support can help real-time clinical care reminder, enhancing the clinical safety of the hospital. It is an important foundation platform of medical management in hospital.
