摘  要:以CuO为活性组分,Co_3O_4为助剂,γ-Al_2O_3为催化剂载体,使用等体积浸渍法制备一系列Cu-CO/γ-Al_2O_3型CH_4-SCR脱硝催化剂,考察活性组分负载量、助剂成分及负载量、烟气工况对催化剂还原NO活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:CuO负载量为5%时催化剂的脱硝效率最高,以Co_3O_4为助剂可以明显提高铜基催化剂在较低温度下的脱硝效率,在水蒸气含量达到10%时,催化剂仍有90%以上的脱硝效率,表现出比较强的水热稳定能力;烟气中O_2的存在会明显影响催化剂的脱硝活性:当氧气的含量低于还原剂用量时,O_2的存在能够促进脱硝反应的进行。CuO-Co3O4/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for CH4-SCR denitrification were prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method within CuO as the active component,Co3O4 as the promoter,and γ-Al2O3 as the carrier. Experiments were performed to investigate the NO removal activities of the catalysts affected by the active component and promoter contents of the catalysts as well as the flue gas conditions. Moreover,the catalysts were subjected to stability test and characterization. The results indicated that catalyst with 5% CuO possessed thehighest NO removal activity. And the addition of Co3O4 could promote the catalytic activity remarkably at a lower temperature. When the water vapor content was less than 10%,the denitration efficiency of the catalyst was above 90%,showing a relatively strong hydrothermal stability. The existence of O2 in the flue gas had a great influence on the NO removal activity of the catalyst: when the oxygen content was less than the amount of methane,the existence of O2 could promote the NO conversion reaction.
