摘　　要：目前国内火电机组SCR脱硝系统尿素热解装置普遍采用电热器,对机组节能极为不利,采用烟气加热气代替电加热器,满足尿素热解所需一次热风温度要求,达到节能效果。Current domestic thermal power unit SCR denitrification system urea pyrolysis device is generally used electric heater. The electric heater is extremely disadvantageous for the unit energy-saving. Replacing electric heater with flue gas heater can achieve energy conservation effect and meet the requirement of a hot air temperature for the pyrolysis of urea.
