摘 要:目前的数控铣削系统,在加工二维平面轮廓时,可以用直线或圆弧插补指令直接进行手工编程。在加工三维曲面轮廓时,则无法直接用常规方法进行编程,因为空间轮廓的坐标计算相当复杂,计算的工作量很大,通常很难实现。实际编程时利用宏程序的循环功能,将三维曲面分层切削。在高度方向每次下降一个高度,然后再在垂直于高度方向上沿圆弧或非圆曲线轮廓切削,最终用多层曲面来逼近三维曲面。具体分析了球面编程时的几何模型和数学模型。给出了球面的宏程序编程实例,可以有效解决复杂曲面的手工编程问题。NC milling system can use the line or arc interpolation instructions to manual programming directly in the two-dimensional plane contour machining in the present.Because coordinates calculation of space contour is quite complicated and computing workload is very big, so it's difficult to achieve programming with conventional methods in the 3d surface contour machining directly.It can use layer cutting to the three-dimensional surface with the aid of cycle function of the macro program.lt can fall a depth in height direction at a time and then cut along the circular or non-circular curve contour in the direction perpendicular to the height, the final three-dimensional curved surface is approximated by multilayer surface.The programming geometric model and mathematical model of spherical surface is specifically analyzed.The programming examples using macro program is provided that can effectively solve the problem of complex curved surface with manual programming.
