摘　　要：根据工业控制的现状和电控技术,基于单片机智能控制技术,研究了简单的工业控制电路。系统硬件平台采用高性能低功耗的MPS430 F149单片机为核心。由光电传感器、L298N驱动器、TB6560驱动器、继电器、n RF905无线模块等常用工业控制设备作为主体。应用VB程序设计完成数据采集分析,同时实现单片机对步进电机、直流电机的启动、停止、加减速、状态显示、电路继电器开路与断路的控制。通过对该工业控制系统的调试,其性能可靠,工作稳定,满足设计总体要求。This design is based on the current situation of industrial control and electronic control technology, intelligent control technology. The design of a simple industrial control circuit is based on single-chip microcomputer control of the test technology. The system hardware platform uses high performance and low power consumption MPS430 F149 microcontroller as the core. It consists of photoelectric sensor, L298N driver, TB6560 driver, relay, nRF905 wireless module and so on. This system uses the VB programming to complete the data acquisition and analysis, at the same time to achieve the stepper motor, DC motor start, stop, acceleration and deceleration, state display, circuit relay open circuit and open circuit control. Through the adjustment of the industrial control system, its performance is reliable and the work is stable.
