摘　　要：随着我国酒店和餐饮服务业的蓬勃发展,杂物电梯逐渐进入人们的视野。但由于使用人员普遍对杂物电梯缺乏了解和安全意识淡薄,违规冒险乘梯导致的伤亡事故仍时有发生。杂物电梯相对较少的在用总量使得其安全隐患比客梯更为隐蔽,因此为案发后的事故调查、分析和推断带来新的挑战。分析了近年一起杂物电梯违规搭乘事故,从静态技术调查、运行技术调查、案发过程推理等角度进行了探讨论证,并提出防范与整改措施。Along with tile vigorous development of the hotel and catering services in China, service lifts have gradually come into people＇s horizons. However, due to generally lack of safety awareness and common acknowledge of service lifts, accidents caused by user illegal usage are still taking place. The hidden safety risk of service lift is more subtle relatively than passenger lift for its few total amounts, so it hrings new challenges with accident investigation, analysis an inference. This paper analyzes a case of service lift accident caused by leaning body inside, discusses and proves from the aspects of static technical investigation, operation technical investigation and case process reasoning, and finally puts forward some measures for prevention and rectification.
