摘 要:分层综采技术是在开采厚煤层时经常用到的一种采煤技术,这种采煤技术具有巷道掘进小、煤柱损失少、资源回收率高等优点。为使分层综采技术得到更好的推广与应用,结合厚煤层分层开采的特点,研究了分层综采工作面设备的配套原则、选型原则,特别是液压支架的配套与选型,并在此基础上,介绍了两种适合山西地区综采工作面设备配套的典型配套方案。The slicing fully mechanized mining technology is a kind of coal mining technology, which is often used in the mining of thick coal seam. The coal mining technology has the advantages of small tunneling, less coal pillar loss and high resource recovery rate. In order to fully mechanized technology better popularization and application, combined with the characteristics of thick coal seam milling, supporting principle, principle of selection of equipment of fully mechanized mining face surface, especially supporting the selection of hydraulic support, and on this basis, introduces two kinds of suitable for fully mechanized coal mining equipment supporting the typical Shunxi area matching scheme for reference.
