摘　　要：介绍了某矿选煤厂现用LKG型矿浆泵存在的缺点,并根据长期使用现状,分析了采用软填料(盘根)密封短期失效的原因,据此实施技术改造,将盘根密封改为机械密封,解决泵因密封缺陷造成泄漏的难题,提高设备运行的稳定性,改善现场环境,降低设备检修频率、维修成本和职工劳动强度。This paper introduces the faults of LKG type slurry pump using in a coal preparation plant, and according to the long-term use of the status quo, analyzes the use of soft packing seal causes the short-term failure. Accordingly, the technical transfnrmation is carried out, and the packing seal is changed into mechanical seal, to solve the leakage problems caused by sealing defects, improve the stability of equipment operation, improve the site environment, reduce the frequency of equipment maintenance, maintenance costs and labor intensity of workers.
