摘　　要：本文阐述了私营标准的定义和类型,私营标准的产生背景和发展趋势;比较了私营标准与SPS协议和其相互关系;分析了私营标准的特性,并阐明了私营标准的积极效应和抑制效应。This paper expounds the definition, type, background and development of private standard, compares the private standard with the SPS agreement and their interrelation, analyzes the characteristics of private standard, and clarifies the positive effect and restraining effect of private standard.
