摘　　要：本文对2012~2016年SPS委员会上讨论的俄罗斯作为被提出方的特别贸易关注内容进行汇总分析,介绍俄罗斯面临的SPS特别贸易关注概况,详细分析其内容及特点,并提出针对性的对策措施。旨在有效规避俄罗斯SPS措施贸易壁垒,保障我国出口贸易。This article summarizes and analyzes the specific trade concerns in Russia which are raised at the SPS committee from 2012 to 2016, introduces the general situation of WTO/SPS specific trade concerns of Russia, analyzes their contents and characteristics in detail and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which is designed to effectively circumvent the Russian SPS measures barriers to trade and protect China＇s export trade.
