摘  要:介绍自动轨道衡的测量原理,应用力学分析提出动态检测准确度的补偿方法,通过对软件增加过衡情况的判别以及进一步的数字处理算法等提高设备的测量精度和软件的适应性。减少了因轴数判断不正确或车号扫描不到而造成的丢车现象,提出不匀速过车及衡上停车处理办法,并对今后自动轨道衡的发展提出建议。The article introduces the measurement principle of automatic rail weighbridge, puts forward a way tocompensate the dynamic measurement accuracy based on a mechanical analysis,improving the equipment measure-ment accuracy and software adaptability by adding the overbalance determination function into the software and addi-tional digital processing algorithm,etc. To reduce missing a vehicle due to improper judgment about number of axlesor a failure in scanning the vehicle number,the article proposes to making vehicles passing through at a uniformspeed and the method of parking on the weighing apparatus,with a suggestion given for the automatic rail weigh-bridge development in the future.
