中医药院校本/硕生身体素质指标对比与发展路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、体质测量和数理统计等方法,对中医院校硕士研究生和本科大学生的身体素质测试数据进行对比分析。结果表明:中医院校硕士研究生和本科大学生的身体素质各项指标相比较都存在着显著差异。据此提出:依据法规政策,加强学生体质健康工作;科学合理的设置体育课程,明确中医院校大学体育课教学目标;积极开展丰富多彩的课余体育竞赛:注重大学生体育锻炼能力的培养等的发展路径。Using literature,physical measurements and mathematical statistics,the fitness test data of the college graduate and undergraduate students of Chinese medicine colleges were analyzed.The results showed that:physical indicators relative to traditional Chinese medicine graduate and undergraduate college students compare colleges there are significant differences.Accordingly proposes:According to regulations and policies,enhance students' physical health work;scientific and rational set sports curriculum,clear PE teaching objectives;extensive variety of extracurricular activities and sports competitions focus on training and other physical exercise capacity development path.
