摘　　要：河南省是农村弱势群体人口最多的省份之一,只有高度关心弱势群体,促进他们的身心健康,才会形成良好的社会氛围。用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、比较法进行分析研究,了解河南省农村弱势群体的基本情况、健身的场所和组织形式、培训工作等,找出政策的成功之处和需要注意的问题。iHenan province is one of the most vulnerable groups in rural areas,only a high degree of concern for vulnerable groups,to promote their physical and mental health,will form a good social atmosphere,this paper,using methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and comparative analysis,identifies the basic situation,fitness places and organizational forms,training work of rural vulnerable groups in Henan Province,to identify the success of the policy and the need to pay attention to the problem.
