摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对击剑运动员的赛前心理状态表现、产生不良赛前心理状态的原因进行调查分析,并提出对击剑运动员进行赛前心理训练的建议,以期为击剑运动员在比赛中能够更好地发挥自己的最佳竞技状态,进而取得优异的成绩提供参考。By using the methods of documentary, interview, questionnaireand mathematical statistics, this paperinvestigates and analyzes the fencers＇ mental state and the cause of the adverse mental state before competition,and puts forward suggestions for the fencers＇ psychological training before a game, in order to provide somereferences for the fencers of exerting the best competition state and then achieving high grades.
