摘 要:论述横断面法、综合断面法和轨迹法等铁路建筑限界早期检测技术,分析已在线路运营维护中应用的激光扫描和断面摄像检测技术和原理。铁路建筑限界检测系统以激光扫描技术为基础,由数据采集模块、数据分析模块和数据管理模块组成,阐述并分析各模块组成和功能。通过现场实际运用,铁路建筑限界检测系统安装快捷方便、运用可靠稳定,能够快速高效地检测铁路建筑限界状态,为铁路运营维护单位提供准确、可靠的限界状态数据,具有广阔的应用前景。Railway structure clearance inspection methods such as the cross-section method, integrated section method, and tracking method used in early days have been discussed and meanwhile analysis has been done on the laser scanning and section imagery inspection technologies applied to railway operation and maintenance and their operation mechanism. Based on the laser scanning technology, the railway structure clearance inspection system consists of the data acquisition module, data analysis module, and data management module. Components and functions of each module have been described and analyzed. Its application on site shows that the railway structure clearance inspection system can be easily installed, reliably and stably applied to inspect railway structure clearance in an effective and quick manner and provide reliable and accurate clearance status data for railway operation and maintenance organizations. Therefore, the system is liable to be widely applied.
