摘　　要：为了对奶牛隐性酮病发生率与乳脂率及乳中体细胞数和β-羟丁酸含量的相关性进行分析,本试验选取泌乳天数小于30d的奶牛,从产后7d开始检测奶牛隐性酮病,每周检测1次,连测4次,同时测定乳脂率和乳中体细胞数、β-羟丁酸含量,试验期为2年。结果显示,泌乳天数小于30d内,奶牛患有隐性酮病比例与乳脂率、乳中体细胞数和β-羟丁酸含量存在正相关性。The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation of ketosis cows and milk fat percentage, somatic cell counts and β-hydroxybutyric acid content. All cows were selected that lactation days〈30 days, the cow ketosis was tested in 7-30 days, one time a week, and even tested four times. In the meantime, the milk composition were tested in 2 years. Results showed that： the lactation days within 30 days, ketosis cows proportion was positive correlation with lactation days, butterfat rate, somatic cell count and β-hydroxybutyric acid content. Cows ketosis was correlated to milk composition index, and that was a positive correlation.
