摘　　要：目的　调查分析军事飞行人员体重超重的流行特点 ,为飞行人员心血管疾病的防治提供依据。方法　根据人体质量指数 (BMI)≥ 2 5kg/m2 和BMI<2 5mg/m2 ,分为体重超重组和非体重超重组。组间进行年龄、职务与相关疾病的关系比较分析。结果　军事飞行人员体重超重率为 2 7 6 6 %。体重超重随年龄增加而增加 (P <0 0 1)。现职团以上干部体重超重率 4 7 0 0 % ,明显高于团以下干部 2 5 0 7% (P <0 0 1)。飞行人员体重超重组中的高血压病、高脂血症、脂肪肝的患病率明显高于非体重超重组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　为防治飞行人员心血管疾病的发生和发展 。Objective To investigatie and analyse characteristis of pilots overweight in order to provide basis for preventing and curing cardiovascular disease.Methods Pilots were divided into overweight group and de overweight group in accordance with their body mass index BMI≥25kg/m\+2 or not.The relation between ages,posts and relevant diseases in two groups were compared and analysed.Results The average coefficient of pilots' overweight was 27\^66%,overweight increased as ages increased ( P <0 01).The overweight coefficient of current officials whose rank was over regimental comander was 47\^00%,apparently more than that below the rank,whose coefficient was 25\^07%( P <0 01).The pilots in overweight group sick with hypertension,hyperlipemia or fatty liver were much more than those in de overweight group( P <0 01).Conclusion In order to prevent and to cure pilots' cardiovascular disease,health education and medical intervention in pilots' overweight should be strengthened.
