摘　　要：目的探讨采用腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手足部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果,评价其有效性和优缺点。方法自2015年1月至2017年6月,采用腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复17例手足皮肤软组织缺损的患者,术后记录所有随访患者的皮瓣成活率、感觉和运动功能、臃肿情况、供区恢复情况以及患者的满意率等。结果所有皮瓣均一期成活。随访3~25个月手足外形和运动功能恢复良好,皮瓣感觉功能持续改善。其中3例因皮瓣臃肿而行二次修薄手术。所有皮瓣供区恢复良好,无明显畸形和功能障碍。结论采用腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手足部皮肤软组织缺损,术后外观及功能恢复较好,供区损伤较小,患者的满意率较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of free transplantation of peroneal artery perforator flaps in the repair of skin and soft tissue defects in the hand or foot, and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Methods From January2015 to June 2017, 17 patients with skin and soft tissue defects in the hand or foot were treated with free transplantation of peroneal artery perforator flaps. The survival rate, sensory and motor function, bloating of the flaps, rehabilitation of the donor sites, and patient satisfaction were recorded after operation. Results During follow-up from 3 to 25 months, all flaps survived. Patients recovered appearance and motor function of hands or feet, and sensory function of the flaps improved continuously. Only 3 cases underwent a second operation to thin the flap due to a bloated appearance. No obvious deformity or dysfunction was found in the donor site. Conclusion Peroneal artery perforator flap may be a good option for repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the hand or foot. Patients not only recovered appearance and motor and sensory function, but there was also little damage to the donor site. The patients′ satisfaction was high.
