摘　　要：按照全面从严治党要求,大力推进从严治团,是共青团充分发挥党的助手和后备军作用、巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础、引领广大青年紧跟党走在时代前列大的必然要求,是共青团去除"机关化、行政化、贵族化、娱乐化"弊端、增强"政治性、先进性、群众性"、构建"凝聚青年、服务大局、当好桥梁、从严治团"四维工作格局的重要保证。新形势下,党的群团工作面临新问题、新挑战,为大力推进从严治团和共青团改革,做到正本清源、名副其实,使团干部更像团干部,团员更像团员,团的组织更加充满活力,把广大青年更加紧密地团结在党的周围,汇聚起实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦到的强大青春力量。According to the requirement of strengthening comprehensively the self-discipline of the Party, the vigorous promotion of discipline of the Communist Youth League is the natural demand for the Communist Youth League to play the role of the Party assistant and reserve force, keep and enlarge the mass base of the youth for governance of the Party and lead the youth to keep ahead of the time by closely following the Party and the important guarantee for the Communist Youth League to get rid of the defects of ＂the officials, administrators, noblemen and entertainers＂, to be ＂political, progressive and of mass＂ and to construct the four-dimension working pattern of ＂uniting the youth, serving the overall situation, playing the role as a bridge and strengthening the discipline of the League＂. In the new era, the mass and League work of the Party is facing new problems and new challenges. In order to promote the discipline strengthening and reform of the Communist Youth League, it is required tomake radical reform, to realize the match of the name and reality, to make the League cadres more like League cadres, the League members more like League members and the League more vigorous, to unite the youth closely around the Party, to gather the strong youth force to realize the ＂Two Centenary Goals＂ and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
