浅析北京中医药大学“80后”学生工作干部特质焦虑发展特点

摘　　要：采用自编的"80后"学生工作干部发展状况调查问卷及特制焦虑量表(STAI)对北京中医药大学"80后"学生工作干部进行调查,研究发现男性特质焦虑水平得分高于女性、且高于整体特质焦虑的平均得分,不同专业、工作年限在特质焦虑得分有所区别,中医药院校里师范类毕业的学生工作干部特质焦虑水平得分较高,已婚的学生工作干部特质焦虑得分略高于未婚学生工作干部。A survey is carried out in post-80 s student supervisors in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine byapplying self-made Questionnaire of Development Status of Post-80 s Student Supervisors and scale of State-TraitAnxiety Inventory（STAI）. The study has found that the level of trait anxiety is higher in the male than that in thefemale, and score of trait anxiety also higher in the male than average score in the entirety. The scores of traitanxiety are different in different specialties and years of working. The scores of trait anxiety are higher in studentsupervisors graduated from normal universities working in TCM universities, and also higher in married studentsupervisors than those in unmarried ones.
