摘　　要：目的探究经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果，研究其应用于临床的效果。方法选择本院中2016年l一11月中收治的前列腺增生患者50例作为研究对象，按照患者的入院顺序将其分为对照组和实验组，每组25例；对照组患者采用传统的开放性切除手术进行治疗，而实验组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比，观察两种不同治疗方式的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组[（45．80±8．31）min比（63．22±22．25）min]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。并且实验组患者的术中失血量也少于对照组[（69．8±34．8）ml比（142．38±2．41）ml，P〈0．05]，患者有更加安全的手术过程；对照组患者在治疗后需要更长的术后恢复时间，发生真性尿失禁的例数更高（2比O），差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论采用经尿道前列腺电切术对患者进行治疗能够有效提高患者的治疗感受，具有出血少、手术时间短、恢复快、并发症发生率较低的优势，值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 50 patients with BPH in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the research object, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional open surgery, while the experimental group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate. Compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group [（45.80±8.31）min vs.（63.22±22.25）min], with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the intraoperative blood loss volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group [（69.8±34.g）ml vs.（142.38±2.41）ml, P〈0.05], patients had a safer procedure; the recovery time of patients in the control group was longer after operation, the incidence of urinary incontinence was higher （2 cases vs.0）, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate can effectively improve the patients＇ treatment experience, with the advantages as less bleeding, short operation time, quick recovery, low incidence of complications, it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
