寻常型银屑病外周循环血miRNA的差异表达及柚皮提取物的临床干预作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察柚皮提取物对寻常型银屑病的治疗效果及患者外周循环血miRNA的差异表达。方法 :选择50例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为试验组(柚皮王止痒润肤沐浴露外洗叠加西药局部用药)和对照组(西药局部用药)。治疗疗程为8周,观察治疗效果和不良情况的发生状况。结果 :治疗组的PASI改善率明显高于对照组,PASI评分降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组寻常型银屑病患者血浆中5个差异性miRNAs,分别与组内治疗前后做出对比,结果差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 :柚皮王止痒润肤沐浴露外洗叠加西药局部用药比单纯西药局部用药治疗寻常型银屑病疗效明显,且对寻常型银屑病患者5个特异性miRNA有显著性调控作用。Objective：To explore the differential expression of mi RNA in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris patients and the effect of the pummelo pericarp extract.Methods：Fifty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into an experimental group（the pomelo peel antipruritic lotion,the external wash combined with topical use of Western Medicine） and a control group（only topical use of Western medicine）.The course of treatment was lasted 8 weeks and the treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results：The improvement rate of PASI was significantly higher and the decrease of PASI scores was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The comparison of the differences of 5 mi RNAs in plasma of the patients in a group before and after treatment showed to have significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy in the experimental group is much better than that in the control group with significant regulatory effect on 5 specific mi RNA in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
