摘　　要：文章对福建省属公益类科研院所科技活动经费"十二五"时期随时间动态变化情况及其结构状况进行了研究,从经费构成比例、院所间分布、人均科技经费等方面进行对比分析,以此总结出该类科研院所科技活动经费运行的一些特点和规律,以便在实践中更好地认识和指导科研院所科技工作的开展。This article studies the dynamic changes and the structure of the science and technology expenditure for public welfare research institutes of Fujian province in 12 th Five-Year and makes a comparative analysis of the proportion of funds, the distribution of hospitals, the per capita funds for science and technology, etc., in a bid to sum up some characteristics and rules of the scientific and technological activities funds operation in this kind of research institutes, and better understand and guide the development of scientific research work in scientific research institutes.
