摘　　要：针对基于SOA的指挥信息服务QoS描述问题,对比分析了Web服务QoS描述模型与指挥信息服务QoS描述模型的差异性,结合指挥信息服务面向作战应用的特性需求,提出了一种指挥信息服务二维QoS描述模型。在此基础上,通过对QoS指标进行标准化处理并采用格贴近度的计算方法指导指挥信息服务的选取,为提高指挥信息服务选取的准确性及满足指挥信息服务组合整体QoS约束奠定基础。To the issues of QoS descriptions of Command Information Service based on SOA,weanalysis the differences of QoS descriptions between WebServiceand Command Information Service,then we pro- posed a two-dimensional QoS description model combined with the characteristics of command informa- tion system for operational application requirements.On this basis,we lay the foundation by standardizing the QoS indicators and using the lattice-close degree to guide the selection of Command Information Service,in order to improve the accuracy of the selection and satisfy the constraint of Command Information composition overall QoS.
