摘  要:为保证核反应堆控制棒驱动机构电磁阀供电的可靠性、安全性、准确性和有效性,设计了基于高精度恒流源的控制棒冗余供电系统,以完成控制棒的提升、夹持、传递等状态,该系统由供电电源模块、控制器、综合信息处理单元、控制棒冗余供电系统主体框架组成,供电电源采用移相全桥软开关控制技术、有源功率因数校正技术及微处理器控制技术,控制器效率高、响应快、控制精度高,综合信息处理单元采用了以自主可控计算机为核心二次开发技术。系统采用可靠的元器件进行精心的布局和设计,具有体积小、重量轻、外型美观、指标优良等特点,在设计上注重产品的可靠性和安全性等设计,且该电源在电气、结构等方面均可满足设计的各项要求。In order to ensure the nuclear reactor control rod drive mechanism of electromagnetic valve power supply reliability, safety, accuracy and effectiveness of the design, the high precision constant current source control rod redundant power supply system based on the control rod to complete the up- grade, holding, transfer, the system consists of power supply module, controller, integrated the informa- tion processing unit, main control rod redundant power supply system frame, power supply adopts phase shifted full bridge soft switch control technology, active power factor correction technology and micropro- cessor control technology, controller of high efficiency, fast response, high control accuracy, comprehen- sive information processing unit uses a self controlled computer for two times the development of core technology. The system uses reliable components layout and meticulous design, has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, beautiful appearance, excellent index, pay attention to the safety and reliability of the design of products in the design, the requirement and the power supply can be in electrical and structure to meet the design.
