摘　　要：分析了端盖冲压工艺,介绍了端盖落料、拉伸、冲孔、翻边复合模具的结构及主要零件的设计。实践证明,该模具结构合理,生产的制件满足使用要求。The stamping process for the end cover was analyzed. The blanking, drawing, punching and hole flanging compound die structure and the design of main elements were mainly introduced. The practices proved that the die structure was reasonable, and the parts reached the use requirements.
