基于GIS的土地集约利用与经济发展时空变异分析——以忻州市为例

摘　　要：土地是社会和经济发展的基础,经济发展是推进土地利用变化的内在驱动力,是资源使用效率不断提高的过程,经济发展水平同时制约着土地的投入和产出,即社会经济发展水平直接决定土地利用的集约化程度及土地需求程度,而集约利用的目的是要促进经济增长的有效性。因此,本研究以山西省忻州市14个县(区、市)域为评价单元,采用层次分析法构建土地集约利用和经济发展评价指标体系,综合指数法定量计算2000—2014年土地集约利用和经济发展水平,并采用GIS手段分析忻州市各县(区、市)各年度土地集约利用与经济发展水平的时空变异规律以及二者的关系。结果表明:土地集约利用水平与经济发展水平都存在显著的时空差异特征,从时间变化特征来看,忻州市土地集约利用水平与经济发展水平总体均呈现上升趋势,但地区之间也存在差异。从空间上看,忻州市土地集约利用水平具有明显的区域性差异,平原区土地集约利用程度较高;经济发展水平也存在一定地域差距的,14个县(区、市)经济发展之间的差距是逐步减小;忻州市土地集约利用水平与经济发展水平之间总体呈正相关关系。The land is the foundation of social and economy development. Economic development level restricts the land of input and output at the same time, namely the social economy development level directly dictates the land intensive use degrees and the land demand level, but the purpose of intensive utilization is to promote the effectiveness of economic growth. Therefore this research took 14 county （area, city） in Xinzhou city ,Shanxi province as evaluation cell, used AHP to construct the evaluation index system of land intensive use and economic development level, used improved entropy-value method to confirm weight, the method of synthetical index to quantitative calculate the land intensive use degrees and economic development level from 2000 to 2014, adopted the GIS tool to analyze the spatiotemporal mutation rule and relation between land intensive use degrees and economic development level in each county of Xinzhou city at the same time. The results showed that both of them have obvious spatiotemporal difference feature. From the view of time variation, the two all showed an upward trend, but there was also difference among different areas. From the perspective of space, the land intensive use level in Xinzhou city has a distinct region differences, plain area is higher;, There is a certain gap in economic development level, the gap of economic development among 14 county is reducing gradually; The land intensive use degrees and economic development level are positive correlation in Xinzhou city.
