摘 要:文中研究同步转子密炼机混炼过程中几种不同变速混炼工艺对混炼胶的物理性能的影响。结果表明,良好的变速混炼工艺不仅能满足工艺性能和物理性能的要求,而且与匀速混炼相比,采用变速混炼工艺可以减少能耗、提高混炼胶质量。The effect of some different types of variable-speed mixing technique on physical properties of rubber compound during the mixing process in internal mixer. The result showed that well variable-speed mixing technique could meet the requirement of technological and physical properties. In addition, compared with unitbrm mixing technology, variable-speed mixing technique could reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of rubber compound.
