摘 要:研究不等内外定子极数配合(N_(is)≠N_(os))对双定子偏置磁通永磁电机(partitioned stator biased flux permanent magnet machines,PS-BFPMMs)电磁性能的影响。对于N_(is)(28)N_(os)/2(少永磁)和N_(is)(28)2N_(os)(少槽)的PS-BFPMMs,其对应的线圈磁链的极性分别是单极性和双极性。然而,当Min(N_(os),N_(is))和Min(N_(os),N_(is))与转子极数N_r之间的最大公约数的比例等于偶数时,在N_(is)(28)N_(os)/2和N_(is)(28)2N_(os)的PS-BFPMMs中都可以获得对称的双极性的相磁链。基于各自最佳的转子极数及相同的额定铜耗,相对于N_(is)(28)N_(os)的PS-BFPMMs,N_(is)(28)N_(os)/2的PS-BFPMMs展现出低41%的相反电动势,低38.4%的平均转矩及低1.1%的永磁利用率;然而,N_(is)(28)2N_(os)的PS-BFPMMs则展现出高20.4%的相反电动势,高30.3%的平均转矩及高24.4%的永磁利用率。此外,由于各自极低的凸极比,N_(is)(28)N_(os)/2和N_(is)(28)2N_(os)的PS-BFPMMs的磁阻转矩都是可忽略的。最后,两台样机实验结果验证了分析的有效性。This paper comparative studies the influence of unequal inner and outer stator pole number combinations (Nis≠Nos) on the electromagnetic performance of partitioned stator biased flux permanent magnet (PM) machines (PS-BFPMMs). The polarity of coil flux-linkage is unipolar in PS-BFPMMs with Nis=Nos/2 (less PMs) while it is bipolar in PS-BFPMMs with Nis=2Nos (less slots). However, the symmetrical bipolar phase flux-linkages can be obtained, in both PS-BFPMM with Nis=Nos/2 and Nis=2Nos when the ratio of Min(Nos, Nis) to the greatest common divisor of Min(Nos, Nis) and Nr (number of rotor pole) is even. Compared with PS-BFPMMs with Nis=Nos under the individual optimal rotor pole numbers and the same rated copper loss, PS-BFPMM with Nis=Nos/2 exhibits 41% lower phase back-EMF, 38.4% smaller average torque and 1.1% lower PM utilization efficiency while PS-BFPMM with Nis=2Nos has 20.4% higher phase back-EMF, 30.3% larger average torque and 24.4% higher PM utilization efficiency. Moreover, the reluctance torques are negligible in both PS-BFPMMs with Nis=Nos/2 and Nis=2Nos due to the extremely low saliency ratios. The analyses have been experimentally validated by several prototype machines.
