摘 要:传统定子永磁型动铁心式横向磁通直线振荡电机因采用定子齿表贴永磁体,其磁通路径为串联结构,因此存在永磁体用量大、材料成本高、维护难度大等缺点,严重阻碍了该类电机的商业化应用。提出一种新型定子永磁型动铁心式横向磁通直线振荡电机,将传统定子齿面表贴的永磁体内嵌于定子轭部。首先对新型拓扑结构及其运行原理进行了详细阐述,建立基于尺寸参数的解析模型;基于体积、铜耗不变的原则,利用所推导的解析模型对其尺寸参数进行了优化,并用有限元法验证了优化结果的准确性;最后比较了新结构与传统结构的主要性能指标。大量结果表明,在相同体积与铜耗的前提下,新结构具有更高的材料利用率和更低的制造、维护成本。Conventional stator-magnet moving-iron transversal-flux linear oscillatory machine (SMTLOM), suffers from large permanent magnets (PMs) consumption, high material cost and difficulty of mainte'nance, etc., for its PMs are mounted on stator teeth surface and magnetic circuits constructed in series. Such defects have hindered it from potential applications in the fields that require low cost but high performance. In this paper, one novel stator-magnet moving-iron transversal-flux linear oscillatory machine has been proposed, with PMs inserted in stator yoke, rather than mounted on stator teeth surface. Firstly, the topologies of these two LOMs are described in details, as well as their operation principles. Afterwards, the analytical model of novel SMTLOM is built by using its size parameters. Based on the premises, i.e. same stator outer diameter and copper loss, the optimization of its size parameters is implemented by utilizing such analytical model, of which results are verified by three dimensional finite element method (3D FEM). Finally, their key performance indexes are comprehensively compared. Sufficient simulations validate that under the constraints of same volume and copper loss, the proposed novel SMTLOM has the merits over the conventional one of higher PM utilization ratio and lower cost and difficulty of fabrication and maintenance.
