京津冀乳制品冷链物流效率与影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文基于京津冀地区具有代表性的14家乳制品企业的调研数据,运用DEA-Tobit模型对京津冀乳制品冷链物流技术效率及其主要影响因素进行分析,以了解当前京津冀乳制品冷链物流发展情况及面临的主要问题。研究表明:2016年京津冀地区乳制品冷链物流综合技术效率均处于较高水平,平均值为95.3%,无效率因素占4.7%。在影响京津冀乳制品冷链物流效率的因素中,低温乳制品加工倾向和冷链仓储成本的影响最为显著,且为正向影响;此外,企业冷库冷藏能力、冷链运输成本和企业管理能力也对乳制品冷链物流的发展具有一定的正向影响;企业冷藏运输能力是制约乳制品冷链物流效率提升的主要因素。This paper is based on the survey data of 14 representative dairy enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, It uses DEA-tobit model to analyse the technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products and the influence factors,it reflects the current situation and the main problems of cold chain logistics of dairy products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products in BeijingTianjin-Hebei Region was at a high level, the average value was 95.3%, and the inefficiency factors accounted for 4.7% in 2016. In the factors affecting the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the influence of low temperature dairy processing tendency and cold chain storage cost are the most significant, and they have a positive effect on the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products. In addition, cold storage capacity, cold chain transportation cost and management ability of enterprises have a positive influence on the development of cold chain logistics of dairy products. The refrigerating transport capacity of enterprises is the main factor that restricts the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products.
