摘 要:新老混凝土结合面的黏结性能直接决定修补后的新老混凝土的黏结强度。新老混凝土结合面的黏结强度由很多因素决定。从新老混凝土界面的粗糙程度、采用的修补材料与界面剂的选择以及界面植筋四方面进行了综述,指出新混凝土强度对新老混凝土界面的黏结性能的影响有限,过分追求新混凝土强度不经济。可在新混凝土里掺加特殊材料,提高受力性能,有效约束开裂。界面植筋效果优良,且为延性破坏,但结合面的黏结性能与植筋率的量化关系值得进一步研究。Whether the patched new and old concrete works well depends on the bonding properties of the interface between new and old concrete.There are many factors that affect the bonding strength at the interface between new and old concrete.In this paper, factors in- cluding the roughness of the interface between new and old concrete, the repair materials, the interfacial agent and planting steel are re- viewed.It is pointed out that the strength of the new concrete has limited effect on the bonding property between the new and old concrete interface and the excessive pursuit of high strength for the new concrete is not economical.Special materials can be added to the new con- crete to improve the mechanical performance and restraint cracks effectively.Planting reinforced bars into concrete has a good effect on im- proving the bonding strength of the interface between new and old concrete with a ductility failure.However, it is worthy of a further study on the quantitative relationship between the bonding strength of the interface and the inserting reinforced bar rate.
