摘　　要：通过调研国内外空间光通信网络技术的发展现状,重点介绍了TSAT、THOR、ORCLE、ORCA、FOENEX、ALCOS、LCRD、EDRS等计划,提出了一种基于天基卫星组网、平流层飞行器组网、空基组网等子网络组成的空间光通信网络体系架构。The worldwide development of free space optical communication network technology is investigat- ed and the TSAT, THOR, ORCLE, ORCA, FOENEX, ALCOS, LCRD, EDRS programs are introduced in de- tail. At last, a new free space optical communication network system structure based on satellite network, stratospheric aerocrafl network, airborne network is proposed in this work.
