宋校《千金要方》增补方剂考证

摘　　要：对比宋校《千金要方》与《新雕孙真人千金方》,发现宋人在该书中增补了大量方剂。将这些方剂与宋校《千金翼方》《外台秘要》《金匮要略》等书所载比较,认为宋校《千金要方》增补方剂时很大程度上是从医理通达、学术体系完善角度出发,在推进医学学术体系发展的同时,也不同程度地破坏了《千金要方》的原貌。因此,在充分肯定宋人贡献的同时,应理性评价宋校《千金要方》的学术价值。By comparing with Qianjin Yaofang of Song Dynasty edition and Xindiao Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang,the paper found that a large number of prescription were supplemented with Qianjin Yaofang of Song Dynasty edition. The supplementary prescription were selected according to the principle of understanding of medical knowledge and improvement of academic system,comparing with Qianjin Yifang,Waitai Miyao,Jingui Yaolue of Song Dynasty edition. The supplementary work pushed development of medical academic system,but destroyed original meaning of Qianjin Yaofang to a certain degree. Therefore,scholar value of Qianjin Yaofang of Song Dynasty edition should evaluated rationally based on confirmed contribution of Song scholars at the same time.
