寒热交替刺激对正常及免疫低下大鼠一般情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨寒热交替刺激及药物干预对正常及免疫低下大鼠一般情况的影响。方法:将SPF级健康雄性Wistar大鼠108只随机分为6组,正常常温组(A)、正常寒热交替组(B)、正常寒热交替加中药干预组(C)、免疫低下常温组(D)、免疫低下寒热交替组(E)、免疫低下寒热交替加中药干预组(F),借助人工气候箱及氢化可的松制备寒热刺激与免疫低下大鼠模型,采用玉屏风散对其干预。观察各组大鼠精神活动、毛色、皮肤、关节、鼻部分泌物、粪便、进食饮水量以及体重等一般情况变化。结果:与正常常温组相比,各组大鼠进食饮水量明显减少,体重增长明显减慢或体重减轻(P<0.01);E组与B组大鼠相比,进食饮水量明显减少,体重增长明显减慢或体重减轻(P<0.01);E组与D组大鼠相比,进食饮水量明显减少,体重增长明显减慢或体重减轻(P<0.01);玉屏风散药物干预组大鼠与相应寒热交替组相比,体重增加,进食饮水量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与正常常温组相比,各模型组大鼠精神状态、皮肤、毛色、粪便均受到一定的影响,对外邪刺激加免疫低下大鼠的影响更为明显。结论:寒热交替刺激对大鼠的一般情况均有影响,尤其对于本身免疫力低下的大鼠影响更为明显,玉屏风颗粒可以改善大鼠活动状态和一般情况。Objective：To investigate the influence of hot and cold alternating stimulation and drug intervention on general situations of normal and immunosuppressed model rats. Methods：108 healthy adult male Wistar rats（SPF rank）were randomly divided into 6 groups,normal temperature group（A）、hot and cold stimulating group（B）、treatment 1 group（C）;immunocompromised and normal temperature group（D）、immunocompromised and hot and cold stimulating group（E）、treatment 2 group（F）. Model rats were produced by artificial climate box and hydrocortisone,then therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder on model rats was observed（concluding changes of hair color,skin,joints,nasal secretions,stool,food and water intake and weight of rats）. Results：Compared with A group,intakes of water and food and body weight of rats in other groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）;Compared with B and D group,intakes of water and food and body weight of rats in E group were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）.Intakes of water and food and body weight of C and F group were respectively higher than that of B and E group（P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion：Alternate stimulation of cold and hot had effect on general situations of rats,especially the low immunity rats.Yupingfeng powder could improve the rat activity and the general situations.
