摘　　要：目的:点评与分析儿童患者单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠(GM1)临床用药情况,为规范临床合理用药和加强医院辅助用药管理提供参考。方法:选取2016年7—9月间收治的临床采用GM1治疗的270例患儿的临床资料,分别对其适应证、给药剂量、疗程进行点评,分析其用药的合理性。结果:270例使用GM1治疗的病例中,其医嘱合格率为40.37%,不合格医嘱中无适应证用药或适应证不适宜的占构成比的92.55%。结论:临床药师通过辅助用药专项点评,对不合理用药提出相应措施,有效规范了医院GM1的临床使用。Objective： To analyze and comment on rational usage ofmonosialotetrahexosylganglioside（GM1） in 270 children patients and its unreasonable reason, and to provide a reference for the management of hospital adjuvant drug by reviewing and analyzing the clinical medication of GM1 in children. Methods： 270 of the cases who were treated with GM1 in hospital from July to September in 2016 were selected for the rationality comments of indications, dosage and course of treatment. Results： In the 270 cases using GM1 for treatment, the conformance rate was 40.37%, and the proportion of non-indications or improper indications was 92.55%. Conclusion： The clinical pharmacists have proposed the corresponding measures for the unreasonable use of the drug through the adjuvant medication special comments, which effectively regulated the clinical application of GMl in our hospital.
