中医药从脏腑论治高脂血症的概况

摘　　要：高脂血症是动脉粥样硬化发病的主要因素,可引起严重的心脑血管疾病。近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高和生活节奏的加快、运动量减少及工作压力加大,高脂血症的发病率呈明显上升趋势。西药的降脂作用肯定,但不良反应较多。历代中医家运用整体观念及辨证思维,从脏腑论治本病,疗效满意。对近年来中医药从脏腑论治高脂血症的概况进行总结及分析,并对中医药治疗高脂血症的前景做出展望。Hyperlipidemia is the main risk factor for atherosclerosis, which leads to serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In resent years, as people＇s living tempo improving and pace of life accelerating, the amount of exercise reducing and working pressure increasing, the morbidity of the hyperlipidemia tends to be increasing. The effect of lipid - decreasing by western medicine is evident, but with different side - effects. The concept of holism and syndrome differnentiation thinking have been used to treat hyperlipidemia from Zang - Fu organs by traditional Chinese physician in different dynasties and satisfactory efficacy has been achieved. By summarizing and analyzing the overview of Chinese medicine in treating hyperlipidemia from Zang - Fu organs, it predicts the prospect of TCM therapy for hyperlipidemia.
