摘　　要：肿瘤目前是世界范围最常见的疾病之一,其发病率和致死率均逐年递增,已成为危害人类健康的头号杀手。中医学认为肿瘤多是本虚标实之证,恶性肿瘤发病的关键病理基础为火热之毒,因此,清热解毒法乃是治疗肿瘤的重要治疗法则之一,应贯穿治疗本病之始终。猕猴桃根是具有代表性清热解毒中药,具有抗肿瘤等生物活性,在抗肿瘤作用的临床研究中取得了显著疗效。近几年临床对猕猴桃根的研究较多,在广泛文献检索基础上,总结猕猴桃根有效部位筛选、有效成分以及不同肿瘤类型临床研究,对猕猴桃根抗肿瘤作用和临床应用以及药理活性成分进行综述,以证实猕猴桃根具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,开发以及应用前景优秀。The tumor is one of the most common diseases in the world at present. The morbidity and mortality rates are increasing year by year and it has become the number one killer of harm human health. TCM thinks that the tumor more belongs to root deficiency and branch excess syndrome. The pathologic basis of malignant tumours is evil fire, there- fore, heat - clearing and detoxifying method is one of the important treatment principles of tumor treatment, which should be always throughout the treatment of the disease. Kiwi root is the representative drug for clearing heat and relieving the toxin of traditional Chinese medicine, which has anti - tumor biological activity and in clinical study of anti - tumor has made remarkable curative effect. In recent years, the clinical study of kiwi root is more. Based on extensive literature retrieval, this paper summarizes the kiwi root effective parts screening, clinical research, active ingredients and different tumor types of kiwi root antitumor effect and clinical application and pharmacological active ingredients are summarized to confirm the good antitumor effect and development and the development prospect is good.
