摘 要:目的:观察腰椎"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠痛阈变化。方法:采用椎体外部连接固定系统(ELFS)诱导"椎骨错缝"大鼠模型。将160只350~450 g雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型对照组和实验组。实验组通过外科手术将ELFS的棘突附着部件(SAU)与大鼠L4、L5和L6棘突相连接,再使用ELFS的外部连接部件将SAU连接起来;模型对照组仅植入SAU,不安装外部连接部件;假手术组仅进行手术干预,不植入任何部件;正常对照组不进行任何干预。再将各组按固定时间分为1、2、4、8和12周5个亚组。对每组中8只大鼠进行机械痛阈和热痛阈检测。结果:实验组的机械痛阈在4周及8周时与对照组出现统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组各时间点间机械痛阈随时间延长呈逐渐下降的趋势。实验组的热痛阈在2周时间点时与对照组出现统计学差异(P<0.05),这种差异一直持续到8周;实验组各时间点间热痛阈值呈逐渐下降的趋势,4周时热痛阈和1、2周时间点相比出现显著差异(P<0.05),并持续到8周。结论:"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠现伴随着生物力学的改变,其行为学也发生着相似的变化。Objective : To observe the variation of pain threshold on lumbar vertebrae subluxation rats model. Methods : One hundred and sixty SD male rats (350 -450 g) were randomly divided into normal control group, sham operation group, model control group and experimental group. In the experimental group, spinous attachment units (SAU) of the external link fixation system(ELFS) were operated to the spinous processes of L4, L5 and L6, and the attached SAU was linked up by external link components. The control group was only operated with SAU and without external link components. Sham operation group was given surgery but not attached with any components. The blank group was treated with no intervention. Each group was divided into 5 sub - groups according to fixation time ( 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks). We tested the mechanical pain threshold and thermal pain threshold of the rats in each group at the end of connection. Result : There were significant differences in mechanical threshold between experimental group and the control groups of 4 and 8 weeks (P 〈 0. 05). The mechanical threshold had a decrease trend in experimental group with the time extension at each time point. There was significant difference between control group and experimental group in thermal pain threshold at 2 weeks time point (P 〈 0. 05), and this condition continued until 8 weeks ; the thermal pain threshold had a decrease trend in experimental group with the time extension at each time point. There were significant differences in thermal pain of experimental group between 4 weeks group and 1 and 2 weeks groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and this condition continued until 8 weeks. Conclusion: Accompanied with biomechanical changes, the ethology has also undergone a similar change in subluxation rats model.
