摘 要:目的:探究肉苁蓉不同炮制品对衰老大鼠抗衰老及免疫功能的影响。方法:提取肉苁蓉不同炮制品提取物,备用;把SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、生苁蓉高、中、低剂量组、制苁蓉高、中、低剂量组。灌胃给予D-半乳糖建立衰老大鼠模型,用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的含量,计算脾脏、胸腺系数;同时观察脾脏组织病理形态学变化及脑内mt DNA缺失情况。结果:衰老大鼠血清中MDA、NO显著升高(P<0.01),SOD显著降低(P<0.01),模型组胸腺和脾脏系数有下降的趋势,脾脏发生明显病理损伤,且脑内mt DNA也出现缺失情况。肉苁蓉不同炮制品能明显降低MDA、NO(P<0.01或P<0.05)的水平,SOD有上升的趋势,且能提高脾脏指数、胸腺指数,改善脾脏的病理损伤,脑内mt DNA高剂量组及阳性药组也未出现缺失情况。制品肉苁蓉优于生品肉苁蓉,高剂量组优于低剂量组。结论:肉苁蓉不同炮制品具有不同程度的抗衰老及免疫调节作用。Objective: To explore the different processed products of Cistanches herba in D - galactose anti - aging function in rats and the effects of immune organ function. Methods: We extracted the different processed products of Cistanches herba. SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, aging model group, vitamin E group, cistanche high, medium and low dose groups, wine cistanche high, medium and low dose groups. With D - galactose aging rat model was established, after treatment, we detected the contents of MDA, SOD and NO in serum of each group rats and counted the spleen index and thymus index; and then observed the pathological morphological changes of spleen tissues and mtDNA in the brain. Results : The MDA and NO in serum of aging model rats increased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) and SOD decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The model group had a tendency to decrease, thymus and spleen coefficient had obvious pathological spleen injury, and mtDNA in brain were missing. Different processed products of Cistanches herba can significantly reducing the MDA and NO(P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05). SOD had a rising trend,improving the spleen index and thymus index, improving the pathological injury of spleen. The mtDNA in brain of high dose group and positive medicine group did not miss. And processing products were better than the raw Cistanches herba. The high dose group was better than the low dose group. Conclusion : Different processing products of Cistanches herba have different anti - aging effect and immune regulation.
