基于关联规则和熵方法的藏医药治疗“真布病”组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(v 2.5),收集《中国医学百科全书·藏医学》、《藏医成方制剂现代研究与临床应用》和《常用藏成药诠释》中藏医治疗"真布病"方剂并分析其组方用药规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台建立藏医治疗"真布病"的方剂数据库,并应用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对数据库进行药物频次、常用药物组合、组方规律及新方分析。结果:筛选出治疗"真布病"的118首方剂进行分析,得出药物用药频次,演化得到新处方8个,表明藏医治疗"真布病"的药物以活血理气、利水祛湿、舒筋活络为主兼具清热凉血类。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对藏医治疗"真布病"方剂进行数据分析,明确了藏医治疗"真布病"的用药规律,为藏医临床治疗"真布病"及新方开发提供参考依据。Objective ： By using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support software （ V 2.5 ） to analyze the composing and medicating regularities for Zhenbu disease of Tibetan medicine in the Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicine · Tibetan Medicine, Tibetan medicine composition preparation of modem research and clinical application and Common interpretation of Tibetan Medicine. Methods： Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support software was used to build a prescription database of Tibetan medicine treating Zhenbu disease. The software integration date mining method was used to achieve frequency statistics, prescription regularity and new prescription analysis. Results： Based on the analysis of 118 eases of Zhenbu disease prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 8 new prescriptions were mined from the database. This study indicated that Tibetan medicine treating Zhenbu disease were mostly those for activating blood and regulating Qi, activating water movement and eliminating dampness and some for relaxing sinew and collaterals. Conclusion： The complex composing and medication regularities of Tibetan medicine treatment of Zhenbu disease have been clarified by TCM inheritance system. That would provide the reference for the clinical treatment of Tibetan really brucellosis and the new development.
