摘 要:目的:探讨润燥灵汤对干燥综合征(SS)模型小鼠颌下腺指数和病理的影响。方法:将90只C57bl/6j小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、润燥灵低、中、高剂量级和强的松对照组,每组各15只。除空白对照组外,其余各组采用免疫诱导法建立SS模型小鼠,从造模第5周开始予润燥灵高、中、低剂量和强的松灌胃给药,空白对照组和模型对照组灌服等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续用药4周后,断颈处死小鼠,分离颌下腺,检测颌下腺指数和病变化。结果:模型对照组小鼠颌下腺指数明显低于空白对照组。经过4周的干预治疗后,强的松对照组、润燥灵高、中剂量组小鼠颌下腺指数均有不同程度增加,与模型对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与强的松对照组比较,润燥灵高剂量组小鼠颌下腺无显著差异(P>0.05)。病理检测结果显示模型对照组颌下腺小叶结构消失,腺泡、腺管结构紊乱,细胞间可见浆细胞、淋巴细胞浸润。强的松对照组和润燥灵高剂量组颌下腺小叶结构基本存在,腺泡、导管分布均匀,未见明显淋巴细胞浸润。结论:中药润燥灵能够改善SS模型小鼠的饮水量,增加颌下腺指数,改善模型小鼠颌下腺淋巴细胞浸润等病理改变。Objective: To investigate the effect of Runzaoling on model mice submandibular gland index and pathology of Sjogren syndrome. Methods : Ninety C57bl/6j mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Runzaoling low, middle, high dose groups and prednisone control group, with 15 rats in each group. Except the blank control group, mice in other groups were used to establish the model of SS by immune - induced method. The mice were administered by gastric lavage with Runzaoling high, medium and low dose and prednisone control groups. The blank control group and model control group were given normal saline, once a day. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the mice were decapitated and we separated the submandibular gland to detect submandibular gland index and pathological change. Result: The model group's mice submandibular gland index was significantly lower than that of the control group. After 4 weeks of intervention, prednisone group, Runzaoling high and middle dose groups'mice submandibular gland indexes were increased in different degrees compared with the model control group's (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with prednisone group, Runzaoling high dose group's submandibular glands of mice had no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Pathological examination showed that the model control group's submandibular gland lobule structure disappeared, acinar and tubular structure disorder, plasma ceils and lymphocytes infiltration. Prednisone control group and Runzaoling high dose group's submandibular gland lobules structure was basically existed and acinar and duct distribution was uniform, with no obvious lymphocyte infiltration. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Runzaoling can improve the amount of drinking water of SS mice, increase submandibular gland index, improve the model of the submandibular gland of the mice lymphocyte infiltration and pathological changes.
