盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取皮炎湿疹患者300例,采用随机数表法将所有的患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组患者给予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组患者的基础上联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率、临床效果以及外周血Th1/Th2变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的外周血Th1/Th2进行比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的外周血Th1/Th2都有所上升,观察组(7.45±1.39)%高于对照组(5.88±1.56)%,两组患者进行比较,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为96.00%,对照组患者治疗后的总有效率为80.00%,观察组高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的治疗后不良反应发生率进行比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹患者效果显著,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with total glu- cosides of paeony in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema. Methods ： A total of 300 patients with dermatitis and eczema who were treated were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride. The patients in the observation group were treated with the total glucosides of paeony based on the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions, the clinical effect and the changes of Th1/Th2 in the peripheral blood were compared between the two groups. Results ： Th1/Th2 in periph- eral blood of the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the Th1/Th2 in the peripheral blood of the two groups increased [ （7.45 ± 1.39） % vs （5.88 ± 1.56） % ]. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group. （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules are effective in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low and the safety is high.
