摘 要:针对王台铺煤矿徐家岭矸石山自燃现象严重和频繁复燃的问题,采用热成像仪、热电偶及微风仪相结合的综合探测技术确定了矸石山内部火区及主要漏风通道的位置和范围,提出了黄土覆盖及深、浅孔注浆相结合的综合治理方案,并对注浆前后矸石山内部温度及相关指标气体含量的变化进行了对比分析。结果表明,徐家岭矸石山着火点有3处,其中两处位于矸山坡面,一处位于坡顶,过火区总面积为4 300 m^2;确定了注浆材料中黄土、石灰和粘稠剂的体积百分数依次为60.4%、39.2%、0.4%,水料体积比为4∶1;注浆后矸石山内部温度降至100℃以下,SO_2、CO等有害气体含量也分别降至20 ppm、50 ppm以下,矸石山灭火效果理想。Aiming at the serious and frequent revival of spontaneous combustion in Xujialing coal gangue of Wangtaipu coal mine, the location and range of the fire area and the main air leakage channel were determined by the combination of thermal imager, thermocouple and breeze instrument. The comprehensive control scheme of loess cover and deep-shallow grouting is put forward, meanwhile the changes of the internal temperature and the related gas content of the gangue before and after grouting were compared and analyzed. The results show that there are three points, two of which are located on the slope of the gangue hill, one at the top of the slope and the total fire area is 4300 m^2. The volume percentage of loess, lime and viscous material in the grouting material is 60.4%, 39.2%, 0.4%, water volume ratio of 4∶1; after grouting the internal temperature of waste gangue falls below 100 ℃, SO2, CO and other harmful gases also reduced to 20 ppm, 50 ppm or less,making an ideal fire extinguishing effect.
