摘  要:在钒渣焙烧提钒工艺中,选择合适的附加剂,确定恰当的比例,对钒渣焙烧转化率和生产的正常进行都有较大的影响。本着有利于钒转化率的提高和后工序的处理及廉价易得的原则,介绍了附加剂NaCl、Na_2CO_3、Na_2SO_4的性能和成盐过程,探究了附加剂的选择及其量的确定。实验结果表明,采用Na_2CO_3为主,少量的NaCl为辅的混合钠盐作附加剂,可以降低生产成本,提高焙烧转化率,降低浸出液碱性。In the process of vanadium extraction from baking vanadium slag, selecting the proper additional reagents and their appropriate proportion has a great influence on the baking conversion rate of vanadium slag and the normal production.Based on the principle of inceasing vanadium conversion rate, easily handling follow-up processes, and cheap and readily available materials, the behaviors and salt forming process of additional reagents NaCl, Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 were introduced,the choice of additional reagents and the determination of their amount were explored. The experimental results show that adopting the mixed sodium salt additional reagent of mainly Na2CO3 with small amount of NaCl can reduce the production costs, increase the baking conversion rate and decrease the alkalinity of the leaching solution.
