摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节功能增龄性变化对生活质量的影响。方法:320名太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司35~74岁身体健康的职工按年龄分为35~44岁、45~54岁、55~64岁以及65~74岁等4个年龄组,每组80名。分别采用IKDC主观膝关节评估量表和SF-36健康调查量表评价膝关节功能和生活质量的增龄性变化。结果:IKDC得分、SF-36综合得分以及生理健康亚集(PCS)得分、心理健康亚集(MCS)得分呈增龄性下降,其中35~44岁组与45~54岁组之间、55~64岁组与65~74岁组之间存在显著年龄阶段差异(P<0.05);IKDC得分与PCS得分、MCS得分以及SF-36综合得分之间存在显著相关。结论:膝关节功能和生活质量均呈增龄性下降,其中45岁和65岁前后变化尤为明显。膝关节功能增龄性下降是导致生活质量下降的主要原因之一。Objective： to investigate the impact of age-related changes of knee function on quality-of-life. Methods： subjects（35 - 74 years of age）,from healthy workers of TISCO Linfen Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,were divided into 4 groups：35 - 44 years old group,45 - 54 years old group,55 - 64 years old group and 65 - 74 years old group. every group had 80 subjects,40 male and female respectively. The age-related changes of knee function and quality-of-life were evaluated by IKDC Subjective Knee Form and the Short-Form Health Survey respectively. Results： IKDC score,SF-36 score,physical component summary（ PCS） score,and mental component summary（ MCS） score were decreasing with aging and there were significant differences between 35 - 44 group and 45 - 54 group and between 55 - 64 group and 65 - 74 group（ P 0. 05）. IKDC score was significantly correlated with PCS score,MCS score and SF-36 score. Conclusion： Knee function and quality-of-life were decreasing with aging,especially about 45 and 65 years old,and the decrease of knee function with aging was one of the reasons that led to the decline of quality-of-life.
